BITW Martial Arts Academy offers Defensive Tactics training for law enforcement officers, licensed security guards, and licensed personal protection specialist.

In this course of instruction students will learn to most up to date and effective techniques in Defensive Tactics.

Professor Damon Gilbert is a POST (Police Officer Standards and Training) certified Defensive Tactics instructor, and have trained more than 2,000 California Law Enforcements Officers.

Students will learn:

High risk and non high risk handcuffing

Pressure point manipulation

Proper searching

Personal weapons (striking techniques)

Beginner, intermediate, and advance level control holds and take-downs

Crowd control

Weapon disarming

Weapon retention

Impact weapons

Stress inoculation training
